203 social housings in Airport Housing State, Seville.

There is established as priority the search of the ideal scale in the residential fabric, avoiding the massive building of the south side. There are projected three linear opened buildings that optimize the distribution and orientation of housings, minimizing the number of vertical communication cores.

The program consists of housings in the high floors, free community space and a business premises in ground floor; and two floors basement with lumber rooms and garages.

Are arranged green platforms with gardens and infantile game areas; and hard platforms with pedestrian tours, circuits for bicycles, games zones and a sports track; generating a free central space that extends towards the exterior by means of the openings between blocks and the great porch liberated in the ground floor.

In the distribution of the housing are looked the optimization of the space, the zoning use for time zones; the rational and organized orientation of the pieces; the incorporation of a washing area to the kitchens protected from the sights; and the introduction of a second bath.
The disposition of the building as free-standing blocks provides better sun access, major ventilation and natural lighting, and more and better sights for the housings. The prolongation of the community space in the porches generates shade and rain cover on the different stations.

According to the orientations of the fronts, are differed the proportion of hollows, the thermal isolation and their color of completion.
The interior courts improve the sun acces in winter and favor crossed ventilations in summer since the thermal differential generates chimney effect.
