I am an architectural designer and draftsman with 6+ years experience in high end residential design and some commercial design taking projects from schematic design through to construction drawings and construction administration.

Over the 6 years working for Nicholas, I have designed and produced
drawing sets from schematic design through construction documents
for 30+ projects across the East Coast. Our projects span from
apartment renovations, single family home renovations & new
construction, to small commercial jobs including a boutique makeup
studio, and a commercial office renovation. With a primary focus on
high-end residential clients, I’ve had the opportunity to coordinate
design and building code requirements with structural engineers,
MEP engineers, acoustical engineers, expeditors, millworkers, metal
fabricators, and more, executing a full architectural services experience
for our clients. Additionally we’ve served as the AOR on 3+ projects.
Working in a small team has taught me how to manage multiple
projects simultaneously and allowed me to step into roles beyond
architectural design which has given me an understanding of how to
manage a firm and clients.
