360 State Street - New Haven, LEED Platinum, 600,000 sq. ft., 32 story mixed-use TOD with 500 apartments, 500 car parking garage, 25,000 sq. ft. retail (see below), 30,000 sq. ft. common areas, 1/2 acre green roof, and 400 KW fuel cell. Project cost: $190 million. Role: Managed construction administration at the on-site field office, consultant coordination, architectural design, and project budgeting.

Elm City Market - New Haven, 25,000 sq. ft. food co-op formation and interior fit-out. Project cost: $7 million. Role: On-site construction manager negotiated/administered the construction contract, architectural design, project budgeting, and construction administration.

The Octagon - New York, LEED Silver, 600,000 sq. ft., mixed-use historic redevelopment with 500 apartments, 120 car parking garage, and child care center. Project cost: $160 million. Role: Architectural design, consultant coordination, project construction administration at on-site field office, contract bidding and negotiation, and project budgeting.

Cristo Rey High School - New York, 50,000 sq. ft., multi-phase historic redevelopment 400 student preparatory high school. Project cost: $6 million. Role: Architectural design, consultant coordination, budgeting, contract negotiation, and construction administration.

One Journal Square - Jersey City, 1,800,000 sq. ft., 60 story mixed-use TOD with 80,000 sq. ft. retail, 1,615 apartments, 720 car parking garage, 30,000 sq. ft. public plaza, 36,000 sq. ft. amenity space and green roof, 400 KW fuel cell, designed to LEED Silver Level. Role: Architectural design, consultant coordination, and project budgeting.
