Current major projects include the New Azadi, which is under construction, Hanara Project and Piroz which are in master planning phase.

The New Azadi project is the first project to be developed on over 750,000 m2 of prime land located on Baharka Road, just north of Erbil city, adjacent to the town of Ankawa and only 5km from Erbil International Airport. The project consists of over 3,000 housing units ranging from apartments, houses, double story houses, and luxury villas, while including a range of commercial areas such as a mall and shops, as well as schools, a clinic, and a play park. Culminating in a value of over USD $700 million, the project was conceived utilizing a completely modern infrastructure including power plant, water treatment plant, and sewage treatment plant designated for the expanse of the project. The expanse of the project is managed by a designated Facilities Management (FM) company offering a range quality services void in any other development.
