Elise grew up in Paris, however her heritage includes Cambodia and India. She originally studied business at the Sorbonne and subsequently worked in the hospitality industry as an event planner. When Elise moved to New York she opened a flower studio in the west village. One of her clients, taken with her unique combination of flowers and colors, requested her input in the design of an apartment. Elise jumped in and thus began her foray into interior design.
