KEY QUALIFICATIONS
Became a LEED Accredited Professional for New Construction in 2008, and I am very enthusiastic to be on the cutting edge of sustainability and design.
Achieved a Master’s of Architecture 2001 and accomplished Cum Laude in my Bachelor of Arts for Architecture 1997. Both degrees earned at one of the top five schools of architecture in the Caribbean.
Gathered 15 years of practice collaborating for high-end retail and residential driven architectural firms in New York as well as in Santo Domingo.
Instructed design Studios and undergraduates at the top two Dominican university’s schools of architecture.
Taught Architectural Desktop for an Autodesk dealer and training center.
Collaborated in design solutions for Urban Planning; Residential; Retail; Commercial; Industrial; and Hospitality.

AREAS OF EXPERTISE
Attained experience in conceptual graphics, research, planning and creative design: A process of 3D massing, modeling and rendering for presentations and visualization of any given project, to 2D drafting for filing, bidding and construction documentation. Coordinated construction projects and developed cost estimates, ensuring budgets and time lines.
Managed and directed the workflow of a team of 5 architects and drafters who successfully completing all projects on-time and on budget.
Supervised and coordinated construction phases between owners, developers and contractors, guarantying design to its maximum expression.
