Research and develop visioning for new projects, transform into schematic designs. Create spatial and conceptual plans with focus on the Client’s needs/wants. Develop well thought out hand and 3D renderings, these being time sensitive for each project’s budget and the client's aesthetic. Create presentations for new and existing projects from; plant proposals, material proposals, SD proposals, and DD proposals. Manage the design process and coordinate with coworkers and Principal on the project's goals and deadlines. Create and revise projects budgets; design, installation and materials. Create detailed presentation documents for; Building Boards, Management Companies, and D.O.B. Draft Construction Documents for custom millwork, fencing, trellising, and metal work etc. Coordinate with outside contractors and assist in management with the installation process. Assist in management of project installations, coordinate with Principal on deadlines and oversee installation teams progress.

Working with clients on private events, interior/furniture make-overs and diy editorials. Assisted in the visual display creation and installation to support store opening. Conceptualized and collaborated in the creation of 3-dimensional displays/artwork, large and small. Incorporated personal artistic vision. Created with customer experience in mind. Manipulation of materials, with knowledgeable use of power tools.
