Privately funded off campus long-term care facility consisting of (8) 9K sf 'residences' that house 10 private suites in shared living condition. Commons Building, 33K sf, composed of physical therapy, mechanical, S&R, admin. Final phase to include Transistional Care Unit, 23K sf, that will care for 75 patients coming from ICU care moving to guest suites.

The Commons Building will house all of the non-residential services which are required to support the function of the Long Term Care Residences. This includes all of the General Store functions, commercial Laundry Services, Maintenance Services, Administrative Offices, Chapel, Meeting Rooms and Physical Therapy. The Commons Building is located to accommodate easy access by the staff and residents to and from the homes. Staff and Public parking is located to serve the Commons Building while creating minimal traffic flow in the residential neighborhood.
