Assist in the design and project management of workplace interior projects spanning 1,000 - 50,000 ft². Design responsibilities include space planning, developing presentations, and working closely with clients for schematic approvals. Oversee high profile client account assisting with nationwide space utilization, short term and long term head counts, and general reduction in office sizes in result of flex seating programs.

Provided digital leadership and guidance 2018 transition from CAD to Revit in the New York City office. Successfully produced the 1st Revit project in 2018 and witnessed all new projects started in Revit by mid-2019. Continue to provide daily guidance for the New York studio with Revit and BIM issues, offer 1:1 training for staff, and assist BIM Manager with firm wide directives. Recently updated the 2020 Revit template for NY specific set in March.

Maintaining day-to-day operations include general accounting, shipping, and select project management. Recent accolades included 2018 ICFF NYC Emerging Designer, 2019 NYCxDESIGN Product design award as well as features in the New York Times Style Magazine, Surface Magazine, Wallpaper, Dwell, Vogue, and Architectural Digest.

Savannah College of Art and Design, Savannah, GA, US, Associate Designer

Designed and managed various university projects acting on behalf of the owner.
From planning to execution, assisted in the management of employee space requirements for over 1,900 staff in over 100 buildings. Performed independent pre/post occupancy surveys before meeting with faculty and staff to mold programmatic options. Prepared visualizations to report findings and suggest solutions to higher administration. Developed schedules, budgets, and indicated pain points in the project before rolling out publicly. Became the point person for all high profile moves providing on-site management and customer service until completion. Ultimately, ensured all four international campus locations reflected the brand of the college in the final built product.

Oversaw the occupancy and day-to-day operations and of a 60,000 ft2 modern residence in Midtown, Atlanta, containing 150 students. This included maintaining the facility through external sources, supervising five paraprofessionals, maintaining budgets, and general programming. Responsible for filling all space vacancies on Campus utilizing recently purchased CAFM type housing software

Proposal selected for Art on the Beltline public art exhibition to open September 7. Installation will used donated materials for public seating along pedestrian path emphasizing the act of people watching.
