My name is David Leschinski Ivanov, I am licensed architect from Spain. I finished my Architecture studies in 2011 at the Superior Architecture School of the Higher Polytechnic School of Valencia, Spain and have realized several projects since then - from town houses and private villas designs and reforms up to different kinds of related certificates (e.g. energy rating evaluation).

Please note that my overall experience is over 5 years and all along, I have successfully dealt with all types of clients: particular ones, investors, architectural bureaus, real state agencies and governmental organizations like Valencia Town Hall.  

Apart from that, I also would like to add that I speak fluent English, Spanish, Russian and Catalan, as well as some Polish and Italian; and I have the professional knowledge of programs like AutoCAD, Rhinoceros, 3d Studio Max and Adobe Photoshop.

As the next step in my career, I am planning to join a private architecture company in order to work together with highly competent specialists and to improve my professional skills doing while my best and working on bigger projects.
