I have over 6 years of experience working in an architecture firm as architect intern and currently holding a role as one of project managers. During years of working in my current firm, I have put together contract documents from conceptual phase to construction documents. I am familiar with the process of coordination with the other engineers as part of a design team to put together a comprehensive drawing set. I also have experiences conducting construction administration including site observations, reviewing shop drawings, responding to RFIs to generating punch lists. I have an excellent drawing and sketching skill which would be valuable in generating and efficiently communicating design ideas to clients , especially in schematic phase. I have also utilized Google Sketchup to create presentational rendering and to study architectural problems three dimensionally.
