Concept : A mixed used building that will physically unite individuals, which will encourage more interactions between one another, while utilizing the advancements in technology. The emphasis of the design was on the gathering spaces rather than the personal apartment units. The front porch known to be a gathering point for neighbors was the concept for the open and semi-open spaces, which would help to lure the residential tenants, as well as, the commercial tenants below to take advantage of the amentities; and, therefore, create this community within the building.

Scope : 32,000 SF; A 6 floor A mixed-used building that focused on the Residential floors located on the top two floors. Includes: 200-600 SF apartment studios; public kitchen, dining, lounge, gym, yoga studio, performance arts space, and media space
