David is involved with a variety of responsibility during each project. He has several years of experience designing new buildings, extensions/alterations to existing buildings, and advising on the restoration and conservation of historic properties in NYC.

David works closely with clients, general contractors and other peripheral trades to make sure that all projects are delivered in a timely manner and within a specified budget. He orchestrates each project from start to finish, coordinates project milestones with a number of construction professionals and acts as a liaison between the client, New York City agencies, surveyors, engineers. He is also directly involved with generating drawings and specifications that the construction team work with on the construction site.

David received a Bachelor of Architecture with a minor in Construction Management from Pratt Institute in Brooklyn, NY. in 2012. Pratt Institute's architectural design school is accredited by the National Architectural Accrediting Board (NAAB) as a professional degree program that opens the path to licensure.

Pratt's School of Architecture offers a 5-year Bachelor of Architecture program that prepares students with an early interest in architecture to become leading professional practitioners. Students at Pratt learn that architecture is a meaningful cultural contribution dedicated to the sustenance of the imagination and the necessity for material embodiment within a larger social and ethical context. The five year design sequence offers a thorough foundation in architecture integrating critical thinking, design, technology, building, representation, and social responsibility.
