The project sought to find a way to house two dichotomous elements under one construct, as well as dealing with the boisterous nature of the site (located right on San Antonio's river-walk . Inspiration was taken from art gallery pedestals, and the same treatment was applied to organizing the programmatic pieces of the final design. The large volume of residential units is entirely glazed, creating a veil-like curtain that drapes around the sculptural form of the recording studio spaces.
