About

I am interested in a creative position because as a highly motivated, quick learner, I am looking for a position in which I will take part in a challenging and fast-paced environment. I offer over five years of furniture retailing and interior design experience, as well as significant clerical and office management experience. In addition, I have practice working with a diverse client base and confidently working independently or as a team member. Time efficiency and self-motivation are skills I value and strive for in my day-to-day work. For example, I initiated skill based scheduling while working for Pier 1 Imports.  By pairing employees with particular strengths with less developed employees I was able to maximize productivity and grow new talent from within the store. This approach helped develop a positive store culture and likely contributed to employees’ longevity with the company. Therefore, I am confident in my ability to identify areas of opportunity and propose reasonable solutions.

Given my past experience and practical capabilities, I believe I will prove to be a valuable asset to an existing team of professionals and add immediate contribution to an organization.

Thank you for reviewing my profile on Archinect.com. Should you have any questions or require additional information, please feel free to contact me.  I look forward to hearing from prospective employers to schedule an interview in order to further discuss how I may contribute to your company’s success.

Sincerely,

Daniel M. Maloney
