About

I am a designer and illustrator with a strong focus on creative problem solving and visual communication, whether it be a two-dimensional graphic or three-dimensional space.  This combination gives me an understanding of how the two work together in each other's industry.  Graphic works are found in three-dimensional spaces, and three-dimensional spaces communicate visually just like a graphic design.  I have strong hands on sketching and rendering skills as well as very technical skills covering a variety of programs for mac and pc computers. My work is thorough and detailed, just like a puzzle, every piece has a purpose.

The Art Institute of California - Orange County, Santa Ana, CA, US, Bachelors, Interior Design

Grounded in traditional design, understanding of core design principles, and hands on work to understand construction before moving on to computer programs. I had the opportunity to learn hand-drafting and lettering, model building, and textile studies, as well as rendering.

The later focus was strongly commercial based, covering Retail, Institutional, Hospitality, and Corporate design. Conceptual design and programming was drilled into our work preliminary to space planning and design development. This created strong conceptual work, creative problem solving, and projects that were successfully attractive and efficient.
