Proposal for a shopping center located by the beach in the south coast of Gran Canaria Island in Spain. The site is now densely occupied by a series of small shops chaotically arranged, with no attention to the beach or the sea just a few meters away.

The new solution brings a new area of contemporary shops, café, restaurants, and a large roof-deck, with all the complex open southwards to the ocean views. The flow of pedestrians from the hotel area in the back towards the beach is canalized trough the ground floor plan, completely open.
