El Jefe brings the classic Western frontier bar so ubiquitous in many beloved vintage movies into the modern era with a muted color palette and reclaimed, rustic materials. A variety of motorcycle paraphernalia evocative of the Southwest’s legendary roving bands of bikers, Day of the Dead artwork, a back-lit custom menu board and a tequila display are among the focal points of the space. El Jefe also features an outdoor drink rail, accessed through saloon-style swinging doors, for all-weather cocktails and snacks.
