About 

A seasoned facilities professional with close to 15 years experience in corporate design and construction management.

My undergrad studies were in architecture and industrial design, I have Master's level course work in architecture, and hold an MBA from Syracuse.

I am looking to continue my career with a firm that will allow me to grow, utilize my experience to enhance workplaces, and work as part of an engaging team.

Ferring, Parsippany, NJ, US, Office Services Manager

- Led search for US Corporate Headquarters Building, including 120,000 square feet of office, 30,000 square feet of laboratory, and 80,000 square feet of manufacturing space.
- Saved close to $10,000,000 during the purchase of the building by finding a
fully integrated pharmaceutical site.
- Completed closing in less than one year from the start of the building search.
- Daily management of 45,000 square feet of leased space; providing all office services for 170 home office employees and 240 field employees.
- Management of renovation of a new 130,000 Square Foot US headquarters for the operation. This renovation project includes offices, labs, and major site renovations. Through the project I have led the search and selection of design professionals, site planning approvals, and design. As the project progresses my responsibilities continue to change based on project needs and scope. Overall budget on the project is $30,000,000
- Manage all real estate transactions for the Ferring US entity.
- Management of a $1,500,000 operating budget, and all facility related vendors.
- Creation of facility policies and procedures, space standards, tracking metrics, and RFP process related to design, construction, services, and supply vendors.
- Complete management of all Request For Proposals (RFP) for the facility group. This includes selection of all vendors to receive the RFPs, evaluations, and final selection.
- Manages all space planning, moves, and renovations for existing office space.

Medco Health Solutions, Fair Lawn, NJ, Project Manager

- Provided day to day support in the planning and infrastructure forecasting for the main corporate data center and 13 regional data centers.
- Initiated the installation of the CAFM system, Drawbase, to track all data centers to the rack level, currently maintain a system of 20+ drawings tracking ~1000 racks.
- Worked closely with corporate real estate to assist in the design/planning of additions and renovations within corporate data centers throughout the nation.
- Developed and maintain critical utility tracking databases, SQL and Access, allowing users nationwide to visually track building systems, alerting senior management when and if building systems may be overloaded.
- Developed and maintained an installation process for all IT equipment installed or decommissioned from all data centers nationwide. The process combined all groups required to start up IT equipment and points them at a single source for approvals and infrastructure needed.
- Managed the installation of 24x7 support equipment such as RPPs, PDUs, CRACS, and upgrades to other critical buildings systems (Fire, UPS, Generators, and BMS)
- Maintained record drawings for facilities nationwide.

- Provided day to day space planning support at all of the Cambridge Site buildings including lab planning, office planning, and common spaces.
- Programmed and designed multiple renovation/new construction projects in the R&D labs, office area, and support space at NIBRI.
- Provided project support to RE&C Project Managers including but not limited to: feasibility studies, project scoping, programming, schematic design, architectural support, and project turnover support.

- Responsible for all office design, supervising the planning process to completion, performed over the 75 acre campus of Wyeth BioPharma.
- Accountable for the coordination of office and lab renovations carried out by on-site trade groups throughout the entire campus. (Both GMP and Non-GMP Work)

- The use of AutoCAD/Photoshop/Power Point to create presentation drawings for senior site management.
