The programmatic issues of Union Depot in St. Paul necessitate an amalgamation of built works to deal with the many complex problems of this site.  The grade change of 20', varying pieces of movement, size of spaces and many other issues all must be dealt with.  The design proposal was to create an attachment to the building with a raised path.
