Located in the heart of Brussels, the site is one of the few ones remaining empty. Due to its privileged location, the government followed the project closely, making the role of the architect a real chess game between the client, the government and the local association of neighbors.

Toward the courtyard, the project offers a series of terraces, making the building progressively aligned with the neighboring buildings. The twenty-four apartments house one to three bedrooms and offer large living rooms and comfortable terraces. The two shops located on the ground floor operate independently.
