2100 M Street: Commercial rehabilitation and expansion (390,000sf) Washington DC
Design and execution of the renovation and recladding of a 300,000sf commercial building in CBD of Washington DC with an expansion of a 86,500sf of commercial office space.
Rye Street Market: Four new commercial buildings comprising a full city block (300,000sf) Baltimore, MD
Acted first as a master-planning consultant for the development of The Baltimore Peninsula, formally Port Covington. Later led all facets of design, coordination, documentation, and construction administration for a full city block comprising commercial and amenity spaces, internal pedestrian streets and a 10,000sf central courtyard.
Frankfort Hotel: Six-story boutique hotel (103,000sf) Philadelphia, PA
Architect and interior designer for the restoration of an existing industrial warehouse building and an additional 70,000sf of proposed area. Program included 140 guest rooms, a cabernet jazz club, small movie theater, restaurant, hotel lounge, shared workspace and business facilities, and a rooftop pool and bar.
207 W. 79th Street: New luxury residential building 13-stories (72,000sf) New York, NY
Production and coordination lead of 19 high-end luxury condominiums with ground floor retail and amenities. Intimate involvement from community approval through construction completion and punchlisting.

Worked first for the design architect and later as project manager for the architect of record for the 201 guestrooms, restaurant, nightclub, gym and climbing wall, VIP guest lounge, banquet hall and rooftop bar and pool.
