As one of several firms performing renovations on an existing 1960’s Brutalist dormitory, the project was a complex series of interrelated projects on an extremely aggressive schedule. Work involved renovations to a secure student lounge, health center, a public food court (designed by food service consultant), and enclosing existing open balconies to atrium. Scope originally included new acoustical panel treatments to the space, but were never installed due to time constraints.
