It's a community design for solving the drainage problem to the Serenity Bay community. The site was a lake view community, but it faced a serious water problem; the soil was washed out on the driveway, water flow would go into their houses and water shortage on the higher houses. 

To respond these problem, our clients want to do plants, but still remaining their great lake view.
