Key Responsibilities:

> Preparation of Site Study, Concept, Scheme

> Develop design ideas and create design presentations.

> Prepare information regarding design, specifications, materials and equipment

> Estimate costs and schedules and other elements associated with construction projects.

> Direct the production of construction documents, drawings, and specifications.

> Preparation of Architectural Details.

> Organize client and team meetings.

> Coordinate schedules and workloads.

> Review architectural documents for potential conflict with all disciplines.

> Generally act as the individual contributor and coordinator of design problem-solving

> Responsible for overseeing that all necessary testing is completed

and subsequent information is reported

> Coordination with Civil & Structural Engineers, MEP Engineers, sub consultants & contractors for Design, Executions & Finishes

> Inspect the construction works with respect to the contract / design and submittals.

> Site Coordination works at interfaces among the sub contractors

and reviewing the issues or problems.

> Coordination for Design works and execution with the Technical staff and Engineers.
