Aura @ 240, formerly the Liberty Mutual Insurance building, is being developed rental condominiums. The building was a perfect candidate for the addition of multiple floors, that allowed for a yield of 96 units. The buildings initial gross floor area was increased from 42,000 to 110,000 s.f. and rose from 6 to 15 floors with expansive views. Additional lots were acquired, a rear street entrance was created, and parking was expanded.
