I am an architect and urbanist, graduated from the Catholic University of Parana in 2012. One semester graduation was held at the École Supérieure d'Architecture de Normandie in the city of Rouen in France. Also possess post-graduate in urban planning area. I have experience in executive projects for HSBC bank and one year of experience in the project area to food business franchises. In franchise network I developed projects for new stores, I worked to deadlines for all projects, I realized closing budgets with suppliers and I visited and followed the works that were held in Curitiba until the day of opening the stores. In addition, I worked for two years in office Proa Architecture and Planning where I designed buildings of collective housing, commercial buildings, single-family housing, industrial buildings, institutional buildings and housing projects. During this period participated in the project design from the feasibility study until the completion of the legal project and obtaining building permit, also attended the compatibility of complementary projects that were carried out through the Revit software. Once finished the first model of architectural design in Revit, even in cool design phase, were added to the model the structural design, electrical, plumbing and gas. After it was made an analysis of incompatibilities and scheduled a meeting with those responsible for each project and the builder to resolve these incompatibilities. In addition, I have experience in other software like AutoCad, SketchUp, CorelDraw, Microsft Word, Excel, Power Point, Vector Works, Lumion, Revit Architecture and ArcGis, I speak fluent English, I lived in Australia for five months, I have worked with interior design and social housing projects for COHAB-Curitiba.
