About 

Hello my name is Craig Malinowski and I have around 10 years of experience working on different types of projects in New York City, upstate New York, Massachusetts, Maine and Canada.  I have worked on projects including:  Townhouse renovation and design, retail, restaurants, space planning projects, transportation projects, low income and high income housing, art studios, private residences and beach houses.  I also have experience in furniture and lighting design and am very capable in 3D modeling, rendering, energy modeling, website and graphic design.  I can work very efficiently and quickly creating construction document sets and have very good coordination skills in all stages of project development.  I am also a certified energy auditor and building analyst and currently working on my LEED certification.  Samples of my work can be seen on my website at www.cemdesine.com.
