The objective of this project is to design a mixed use boutique hotel on the Cabrillo Marina in the City of San Pedro. Taking into consideration the fact that the site is surrounded by many overlooked elements in the City of San Pedro these elements are used as a driving force to design a project that not only brings attention to the site but allows the Port and the marina to become attractions that complement not only the site and lead the project to be oriented to these elements in order to maximize the potential of the site. a Market is created in the ground floor of the project in order to allow people living in the marina or coming back from their daily boat route to stop by and purchase their essentials for the day.
