This is a small garden apartment in Brooklyn I shot for Craig Konyk. I love the use of concrete in the below ground office and how Craig used a glass floor to allow light to flood the space. A space that would have otherwise been dark and dependent on artificial light. As many New York apartments are small in scale, careful consideration of space makes all the difference. Craig does this elegantly with this project.
