-- Proposed and designed the new retail store in Brookfield Place, downtown New York. Supported in build and construction and coordination of store operation as well as maintenance.

-- Completed proposal for three POP-UP promotional events, coordinated venues, staff, budgets and design-build for POP structure, as part of the campaign.

When he graduated, he won the Outstanding Performance in Architecture Award for graduate student.
