Vicenza is an amazing place...those pictures represent it well. the far corner in the picture 'back' of the basilica' is one of the best details in the city...where the basilica and the corner of the other building make such a narrow space...
i've been too vicenza some time ago and loved it. was we ran all day searching for palladio's works. of course, that tight corner is unique.
when i visited the place, there was a contemporary sculpture exhibition in the basilica. the interior interventions were great!
at the first floor there was also a newly redesigned bathroom that just caught your eye! loved it too!
really an amazing place!
