netBOURHOOD
Proposal: Nektarios Kefalogiannis

this proposal will like to improve the connections and the communication between the neighbours and to facilitate the diffusion of local news or data. believing that the allready used media (for example, newspaper, radio, television) are able to give general information but not to supply an interactive communication with detailed information. On the other hand, the internet can give these opportunities, but seems not very friendly to the old people or not very easilly accesible by the youngest, mainly for economical reasons. The accesibility must be facilitated and helped by the local community.
