Historical Renovation 4th Year Final

This was my last 4th year project.

We were assigned to develop a project for our University's art department. We were given the choice to demolish any existing structures in the city, or inhabit any potential barren site that were available.

I chose a strategically oriented position within the city, and focused on revitalizing its historical aspects.

We were also told to be environmentally conscious from the present day to 2080. We solved hypothetical environmental issues by implementing water storage systems, refitting glass, remodeling some aspects of the façade, and using innate building qualities to my advantage.

Programs I used to model this product included Sketch-Up, AutoCAD, Revit.

For rendering I used VRay, and Kerkythea, as well as Revit Cloud.

After-effects and board design was achieved by using Photoshop and Illustrator.
