Winner of Numerous Prestigious Awards

Baskervill has been involved in the award-winning design of this New Urban neighborhood since 1996.  Once a failed government housing project, Winchester Greens is now a model residential community with office space, a childcare facility, and multiple retail stores.  Sidewalks connect all structures and the many public green spaces.  The project is notable for the community-building effort by the client which involved residents and local agencies in the planning process.  The project restored safety, pride of place, and a sense of community.
