The project requires a comprehensive approach of rehabilitation and renovation based upon the use of reliable simulation tools: digital models and simulations of energy performances. The new project will be conceived out of bot : restraint regarding the economy of means, as well as the taking into account of the needs and expressed wishes of those who will use the building. Significant work will be undertaken in determining each major internal element of the project: entrance hall, the room for models, reception area, offices, all will be considered with specific, custom treatment. Our intervention comprises three significant aspects that together come to define the project, imparting a new image to the whole: open working spaces, atriums, a new façade.
