At the beginning of my career in the firm I developed concept drawings and completed several series of construction drawings for mainly residential projects i.e. private residences, residential buildings and various master plans of up to 25 houses.
As my career developed and I gained more experience I embarked on other projects including design concept drawings for office, retail and residential buildings, also proposals for multiple accommodation facilities that included hotels and a shopping centre, mall proposal adjacent to Larnaca International Airport terminal.
Within the team, i was assigned to assist and produce construction drawings for office buildings, retail buildings, a cargo terminal at the Larnaca International Airport, large residential buildings, a car wash, and was also part of a team in various competitions etc.

I started my career as a trainee architect until i achieved my Cyprus Scientific and Technical Chamber (ETEK) license.
I have worked on various projects, from private residences to residential master plans mainly located near Famagusta area (Paralimni, Protaras, Ayia Napa), but also office and commercial buildings.
Mainly I was tasked to design a complete series of construction drawings i.e. details for concrete structure and insulation, stairs and staircases, door and windows, kitchens, bathrooms, wardrobes, railings etc.
I also attended weekly and monthly meetings for larger construction sites where i was minute taking.
