As a Project manager: all the above mentioned works. Liaising with clients, coordinating of other professional designer (M&E and others when required), coordinating site management and QS, liaising with suppliers and with R.E. company and whatever needed for successful ending of the job. Last job as a P.M.: building of two multi-storey buildings in Panama City worth 12 millions $
As a site manager and coordinator: Most of the above mentioned works working on site. Management of workers, measurement and surveying, worksite security.

From 1992 to 1994
trainee architect for an Italian architectural firm. I worked as a cad drawer and as designer and started to go on site. The firm I worked for dealt mostly with private housing ( from single house to residential development up to 50 housing units) and urban planning.
From 1994 up to now
Professional free lance architect., together with a colleague structural engineer, in my own architectural firm, in which worked 5 people, two architects and three structural engineers.
Urban planning and constructions in general. Dealing with preliminary drawings to executive drawings, both structural and architectural, budget management and Preliminary Economic Assessment; bank loans management; organization of works; managing suppliers, economics evaluation in progress. We managed systems drawings (and designers) and whatever else connected with the building process. And of course, we dealt with costumers both private and public. Site management was a big part of the job, quantity surveying structural management (steel structures, concrete structures, masonry), architectural details, systems, site organisation.
Housing, commercial buildings, office building and industrial buildings, as long as infrastructures were ours fields.
In recent years, consultant for some constructions firm, dealing with organizational problems, and financial problems, with suppliers and costumers, and of course with project management.

I said that I've a master degree because my course lasted 5 years. In Italy were different from the USA.
All the branches of architecture , from structure to urban planning to design (5 courses) History of art industrial design and so on were on my programme.
During my University years , I had a car accident that kept my away from school, then I worked for two years on a technical drawing book, and finally returned to school and finished my studies.
I'm telling this 'cause it could apper as if i were a lazy student, but actually the long time spent in school is due to teh above facts.
