Fashion trends and consumer behavior became my academic loves in University and remain my strong interests today. Now, armed with marketing background, customer service experience, developed multiple managerial skills and mature mentality, I seek the chance to realize myself in this sphere.
I have majored in Russia my Bachelor and Master University Studies. For my post-University degree I chose the University of Liege and General Management section in the Economy Faculty.
One year program I finished in one semester and immediately started to work for Auchan Russia in the Development Department. I learned a great deal about the geo marketing and FMCG field.
Afterwards I returned to Belgium to fulfill the position of the International Customer Service Manager. I was on daily basis in touch with customers from more than 50 countries to provide them administrative support and give trainings. It gave me also knowledge about different cultures and managerial style.
I improved my presentational and analytical skills in Business Analytica, local consultancy agency in Moscow, specialized on quantitative reports on FMCG goods.
Functions of Business Marketing Coordinator and Events&Recognition coordinator quickly developed my skills in numerous areas as time-management, being extremely efficient to be able to execute crucial projects within the deadlines, and customer oriented.
I am passionate by the fashion and intrigued with the challenge of extension of the marketing opportunities of products in different cultures and countries.
