I was part of the design team and got the opportunity to lead various projects while I was working there. My responsibilities were
1. Developing and analysing concepts, designs and plans
2. Working individually and collectively with team members
3. Leading multiple teams in research, analysis, documentation, design and detailing
4. Coordinating with support teams like Structural, MEP, Cost Estimation, Municipal, Production, 3D Visual Designers & Accounts.
5. Organising & Participating in project meetings with clients, consultants, government officials, etc.
6. Supervising the on-site activity
7. Writing detailed project reports and managing company's monthly newsletters

1. Srivari Master Plan 2031 for the pilgrim town of Tirumala (Preparation of Detailed Project Report)
2. Master Plan proposals implementing 'Land Pooling Scheme' along the metropolitan borders of Hyderabad city (Layout, Statistics and Presentation)
