Responsible for: $470 million, 77 acre campus, 289 bed 560,000 square-foot Level 2 Trauma replacement hospital with four ancillary buildings (21,000sf Central plant, 63,000sf Medical Office Building by HSA, 30,000sf Cancer Center by HSA, and 180,000sf Medical Service Building by NexCore).  Responsible for half-mile reconstruction and signalization of two-lane to five-lane US Route 6 (top of photo), and quarter-mile two-lane cinder Clinton Street to four-lane Silver Cross Boulevard (left of photo) including the relocation of one fiberoptic, one natural gas, one petroleum, and one jet fuel transmission lines.
