In the hills of San Francisco, a mother, Jenn, and her son, Ryan, reside in the same duplex. While Jenn has taken residence on the second floor, Ryan has taken the third floor for his living quarters and the extra third garage for his rec room. He wishes for his own areas to reflect on him being young and single in good old San Francisco. Because the architecture is deco, the interiors of Ryan’s spaces are contemporary with a dash of deco and a strong bachelor swag.
