                                           ACCOMPLISHMENTS

1. As a Design Manager and the Finishing Head, participated in the Conceptual design development and led the shop drawing and construction design processes for 1168 apartments in 34 High Rise Residential Towers on an area of 47 hectares for Commonwealth Games Village project in New Delhi, valued at $1bn and a LEED Platinum rated sustainable project. Managed the shop drawing approvals, regulatory approvals, compliances and prepared the design specifications, design details and SOP for Finishing works valued at $380 m.

2. Participated in the finalisation of Architectural concept designs by the consultant (SCDA Singapore) for Internationally acclaimed Singapore High Commission, which was a Design-Build project valued at $12m. As a Project Architect, developed the Architectural, Civil, Finishing and Interior Fit-out drawings and details for the iconic project on 1.3 hectares area situated to the south of New Delhi (India). The project got shortlisted at World Architecture Awards (Barcelona 2008) and Honourable mention in 9th SIA Architectural Design Awards 2008 after the completion.

3. As a Senior Project Manager, overseeing the Execution and Coordination of 250000 sq.m of Flooring works,200000 sq.m of External Stone cladding works,500000 sq.m of False ceiling works for multiple projects which include a 320-bedded super-speciality Hospital project, Hotel projects for IBIS and JW Marriot groups for a combined project value of $450m.

4. As Senior Design Manager in different organisations, developed the designs and the construction detailing of Decorative Wall Paneling finishes and systems, Modular and Custom Furnitures, Counters and Wall Partitions, Decorative Ceilings, Feature Walls and Floorings with inlays for Interior Retail Refurbishment and Architectural modifications of Airport Terminal Buildings at New Delhi, Kathmandu International Airports and other Residential and Commercial projects for combined project value of $ 15 m.

5. Handled the Design Specifications, SOP's and Design Details, Approval of Method Statements, Resolving the RFI's and the finalisation of subcontracts for all the stakeholders to execute the Civil, Architectural, Interior Finishing and External Development works for Residential and Hotel Projects for combined project values of $250m.Besides, the technical coordination involved the projects as Terminal 3 of IGI Airport at New Delhi which is the world's first and also the largest terminal building to be conferred the prestigious 'Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design New Construction' (LEED NC) gold rating.

- Initiated workshops to present the proposed design standardizations to the consultants and clients. Successfully cleared all Technical Contract scope gaps with the Client and the consultants. Finalized a value engineering proposal worth $ 5m with the consultants based on standardization of design details following IBC (International Building Codes) and ICAO codes.
- Spearheaded the team responsible for skillful completion of shop drawings and in-house details for all interior works. Expedited and accomplished the major design approvals involving shop drawings and finishing materials and boosting the engineering progress by 85%.
Project Title: Mamsha Al Saadiyat (Mixed-Use exclusive beachfront Project, Abu Dhabi, UAE)
Budget: $330m • Team Size: 10 Members
- Steered the specialized packages for Waterproofing, Metal Doors, Vertical Transportation, Landscaping and External development works. Coordinated the shop drawings with Structural and MEP IFC designs, thereby driving the approval process with the consultants and also finalizing the value engineering proposals timelessly.
- Directed the finalization of drawings collaborated with the guidelines and recorded the compliances to ADM, NFPA 80, ASTM, Civil Défense, FLS codes, and Estidama Pearl 2 regulations.
Project Title: Family Hotel Project, UAE
Budget: $1B • Team Size:20
- Overseen the management of approx. 800 shop drawings, technical documentation, and approx. 300 RFI's related to external development, waterproofing, vertical transportation, landscaping and hardscapes, signages, external canopies, and the BMU works. Facilitated the approvals through regular workshops and design reviews with the consultant.
- Developed approx.43 no's of sub-contract packages for Civil, Interior finishing and Fit-outs, and External development works. Compiled the design specifications and IFC drawing details, finalized the method statements and the SOW, and engineered the construction details for all subcontract works. Collaborated with Contracts and Construction disciplines for the finalization of BOQ’s, final award of works and settlement of periodic claims.

GMR Airports Ltd, New Delhi, IN, Associate General Manager ( Terminal Architecture)

Directed all activities related to Architectural designing, modification, and Finishing of Interiors and Expansion works within Airport Terminal buildings. Conducted design reviews, work scoping, activity scheduling, and finalization of designs while ensuring minimal disruption to airport activities. Designed the details and work schedules for the refurbishment of retail spaces, lounges, movement spaces, passenger waiting areas, and interior fit-outs in line with industry quality standards. Collaborated with the contractors to ensure compliance to project timeline: tracked project progress and prepared periodic reports. Supervised material procurement inspected material to provide high quality and enforced cost control activities.
Key Achievements:
- Skilfully completed internal modification and retail renovations for domestic & International terminals in line with set timelines over ten months to achieve the planned revenue increase by $120m annually from Airport Retail with a saving of 15% on execution cost.

!. Commonwealth Games Village at New Delhi (India)
Project comprised of 36 High Rise Towers having 1168 Dwelling units developed on area of 21 acres on banks of River Yamuna in Delhi (India) designed by SRSS Architects, Singapore. The project aimed at accommodating the Athletes participating in the 2010 Commonwealth Games in Delhi (India).
Key Responsibilities-
-Participated in workshops for Design Development and Finalisation of concept drawings with Lead Design Consultants (SRSS Singapore).
-Managed review and approval of construction drawings and details for civil, architectural, interior finishing and external development works based on guidelines and requirements from Commonwealth Games Federation
- Compiled the Specifications, BOQ’s and SOW for interior and External finishing work.
- Directed the construction of Mock-ups for interior and External finishing works. Conducted the feasibility studies and spearheaded the meetings for approval of value engineering proposals.
- Lead the team involved in the Execution of Flooring and Façade Cladding works and Landscape works.
- Oversaw the completion and submission of As-built drawings. Coordinated with Architect on record for Green Building compliances and other Authority Compliances.
2. Singapore High Commission at Chanakyapuri, New Delhi (India)
A Design cum Build Project by Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Singapore for demolition and Reconstruction of Singapore Embassy in New Delhi.
Key Responsibilities-
-Directed Construction Designs details for all the buildings within the Embassy Complex.
- Technical Coordination with Architect on Record and Finishing Supervision lead for scheduling, design detailing and execution of all the finishing works.
3. Fortis Heart Institute and Research Centre, Jaipur (India); 320 bedded super speciality hospital at Jaipur (Rajasthan, India). Responsible for complete finishing works (Internal and External) Fit-Outs, Hospital Equipment and Joinery work. Involved in multidisciplinary coordination with services and agencies for final handing over after testing and commissioning of hospital equipment.
4. Design and coordination of Interiors for Singapore High Commission, Commonwealth Games Village and Fortis Multispeciality Hospital. This involved conceptual detailing, finalisation of working details and coordination with approved vendors on specifications and execution of finishing works. The responsibilities included finalisation of shop drawings and all related approvals, material submission and approvals, Mock-ups and all related approvals for the project Interior Finishing.
5. In charge of the facade execution team for five-star Hotels such as IBIS and JW Marriott ITC CGR in New Delhi and Haryana (India) which also includes the Design approvals from Consultants and execution of External Stone Façade Cladding
