A fast-paced, invite only, design charrette for a mixed-use hotel in Old City near the Pennsylvania base of the Benjamin Franklin Bridge.  Incorporated reuse of an existing 3-story, industrial building topped with new construction.  Proximity to Independence Mall indicated that the building itself should serve as a billboard to city visitors.  Developed the concept directly with Design Principal.

Responsibilities included:
* Digital modeling of schematic building concept
* Creation of day and night renderings
* Crafted site response and design intent narratives
* Assembly of digital proposal package
* Coordination and compliance of submission requirements
