This complex contains an existing 11 story hotel in the coastal zone. The columns and floor plates were saved and the new concrete walls will now wrap the building along with the addition at the back. The north site, which is all new construction contains 15 more hotel suites, a restaurant, and medical spa. The concept is waves washing upon the shore, this is also developed in the terraced landscape.
