Graduated from the Construction Management Diploma in the Graduate School of the Peruvian University of Applied Sciences (UPC). Extensive experience in the development of various types of architectural and urban design projects.

Currently I work in the projects area, holding the position of Architect. I work designing, planning, and developing major commercial projects located in Lima and several cities in Peru for known national and international companies. One such project is the PORTA store at Jockey Plaza, which is very important as it will be the biggest store of this brand and will be located in Peru's most important commercial centre: Jockey Plaza. Among these significant works I can mention the following:

AH Projects S.A.C., Lima, PE, Architect

I worked in the design and planning of major housing and commercial projects. My work spanned procedures such as:
-The development plans at project level and construction details.
-The compatibility of the project plans: the architectural design with engineering drawings.
-Preparation of the final technical dossier of each project for municipal evaluation.
-Coordination with engineers, specialists, technicians, and investors of the project.
Over this period, I worked on three exclusive projects, two of which were built:

•NOS Retaurant
Location: Miraflores, Lima
Built Surface: 870 m2
Date: December 2014
Status: Project built
Information: This project is a trade partnership between the renowned Peruvian chef Virgilio Martinez and the NOS Group. I was the local architect, appointed by the CEO of AH Projects, sharing roles with architects from Miami and Barcelona. I worked on the design and re-planning of several sectors of the building and the final technical dossier, which was subsequently approved by the City Council of Miraflores.
This restaurant had a special mention by the local press:
EL COMERCIO (website), Friday March 6th, 2015 – 12,35hrs

•Papacho’s Restaurant - Jockey Plaza Shopping Center
Location: Santiago de Surco, Lima
Built Surface: 850 m2
Date: December 2014
Status: Project built
Information: This restaurant is part of the restaurant chain belonging to renowned Peruvian chef Gaston Acurio. I worked in the project as part of the construction management team. I supervised the construction work, coordinating and monitoring the progress of the project, and working with engineers and technical contractors.

Redbay del Perú S.A.C., Lima, PE, Architect

I directed the construction and renovation work of the old Bohemia Commercial Building, working as a resident architect, with a team of 18 people under my supervision. My work was performed in the following phases:
- Demolitions and Structural Reinforcements
- Installation of new water drain and electricity networks.
- Placing of the panoramic lift (supervision)
- Installation of the final coating of the building.

In order to complete each of these steps, my main responsibilities directing it were:
- Controlling the work progress timetable with architecture and engineering designers, technicians, and suppliers.
- Aid the work progress through progress reports.
- Development of constructive details of work.
- Control the weekly expenses and compare them to the initial budget costs.

José Alberto Canales - Arquitectos, Lima, PE, Architect

During this period, I worked as Architect in the design team; I came to develop around 16 different projects, within urban design (with areas up to 17,000m2), mass housing (up to 540 flats units in a single project), single-family houses (in urban areas and beach houses) and commercial buildings. My main responsibilities were:
- Develop architectural plans at preliminary and at project level.
- Compatible architectural plans with all engineering plans.
- Conduct studies of spaces using three-dimensional modeling.
- Work on the preparation of technical dossiers for municipal management.
- Coordinate with technical specialists and engineers on the development and design of each project.

- I graduated obtaining fifth place in order of merit in my class. (5th of 112 students)
- My academic final project of Landscape Architecture course was highlighted and selected by the chair to participate in the 2008 exhibition Peruflora.
- My academic Design Workshop project was selected by Space 24 - Society of Young Architects to participate in the International Review of the II Latin American Architecture Marathon Peru – Brazil, in 2009, by the architect Guillaume Sibaud, of Triptyque Architecture.
- My thesis project called “Ecolodge en el Poblado de Santa Rosa de Callahuanca – Valle de Santa Eulalia” (Ecolodge in the Town of Santa Rosa de Callahuanca - Valley of Santa Eulalia) was rated as EXCELLENT (highest rating) in October 2012, and thus I obtained the degree of architect.
- The Peruvian Architects Association declared me as Architect member on December 26th, 2012.
