Project: Grace Court Alley Townhouse
Extensive exterior envelope detailing for this three-story single-family masonry townhouse. Included installation of new paver pedestal roof system, walkable skylight, parapet extensions, structural interventions and new enlarged window and door systems.

Studio Parallel Architecture + Design
Role: Architect (DOB Filing: Zoning/Code Analysis)
Project: German School Brooklyn Upper (Brooklyn, NY)
Created DOB filing zoning/code analysis for this 38,000 SF four-story ground-up high school for bilingual education. Included building envelope, construction class, egress, occupancy and fire protection/PA plans.

DIA: Design Innovations for Architecture

Project: 160 Dikeman Street & OrganiKids Academy (Brooklyn, NY & Flushing, Queens)
Assisted on filing/CD sets for two new construction buildings: a 10,000 SF five-story boutique office facility with resilient structure in Red Hook, Brooklyn and a 9,000 SF two-story pre-K school fit-out in Flushing, Queens.

Project: 68-72 Thompson Street (New York, NY)
Feasibility study to renovate this six-story, 72-unit mixed-use building in the heart of Soho for Centurian Realty. Included building survey and design proposals for new lobby, amenities and expanded retail space.

Project: SoFive Soccer Centers (Brooklyn, NY & Rockville, MD)
Developed CD & filing sets to retrofit two former industrial warehouse spaces into recreational soccer fields for tournaments and corporate events, incorporating food/drink services.

Project: Mystery Point Road Residence (Garrison, NY)
Coordinated design and DD set development on transformation of an existing 10,800 SF masonry structure into a a 5-bed, 5-bath mansion. Featuring a floating central steel plate staircase, multiple custom steel glazing interventions, radiant heating throughout and massive skylight at gambrel roof.

RUX Design

Project: Isaias Residences (Miami Beach, FL)
Developed design & created CD sets for three ground-up construction homes for extended family of a private client. Created 3D & physical study models, conducted code research, consultant interaction.

Led team on 3,120 SF renovation of existing flagship store & new showroom space. Coordination with overseas design architect & multiple consultants. Extensive CA under tight schedule. Involved in client relations, DOB/LPC filing, code research, budgeting, scheduling, material research and detailing.

Project: Mulberry Street Penthouse (New York, NY)
Executed bidding/CD set on contract basis combining three units into a 5-bed, 5-bath duplex. Primary responsibilities involved detailing 2,750 SF of multi-terraced outdoor space incorporating green roofs & planters, greenhouse, lap pool & hot tub, skylights, parapets & railings, openings and paver systems.

• Co-designed and project managed 30+ residential, retail and commercial projects through 7 years totaling over 250,000 SF.
