Led team on 3,120 SF renovation of existing flagship store & new showroom space. Coordination with overseas design architect & multiple consultants. Extensive CA under tight schedule. Involved in client relations, DOB/LPC filing, code research, budgeting, scheduling, material research and detailing.

Executed bidding/CD set on contract basis combining three units into a 5-bed, 5-bath duplex. Primary
responsibilities involved detailing 2,750 SF of multi-terraced outdoor space incorporating green roofs & planters, greenhouse, lap pool & hot tub, skylights, parapets & railings, openings and paver systems.
