As a team lead designer I was responsbile for assembling design packages for all phases of design (including permitting), both for clients as well as for the factory/shop drawing team. I also modeled projects and created construction documents all through Revit. As team lead, I worked under the supervision of project architects and collaborated with coworkers and outside consultants on the each home I was given. Additionally, I rendered the projects/houses (project specific) as well as developed presentation material for clients upon intial review of the design.
