It serves as the east hub for the university while providing a Mineral Museum and Science Center to the city in an area of the university that needs to be revived. the Museum and Center activates a dead corner with a shaded hangout area that is connected to the University Mall (aka the place to Be). Since this project is on a southwest corner, it is taking advantage of the Bright Sun of Tucson with a curved wall of solar panels.
