The site is in walking distance to the Los Angeles Downtown Mix, Skid row-homeless, Industrial area, and Boyle Heights-families with a diverse demographics. there are Mostly single people with income that is not enough for the high cost of living in California. there are needs of affordable housing, jobs, and recreational areas. These are met by creating jobs with the re-modification of nearby and unused containers while also giving affordable housing and all in connection with the 6th street Bridge project by adding indoor recreational areas.
